Broadside makes all quotes on a bespoke basis and every care is taken to assure their accuracy. The customer is responsible for checking for any discrepancies between their request and the information provided within the quote.
Broadside reserves the right to alter the quotation at any point when clerical errors have been made.
Revisions within what Broadside deems acceptable will be made free of charge.
Where the revisions go beyond what is deemed acceptable, an administration fee of £10 +VAT will be charged.
Quotes are valid for 2 weeks from the date shown in the document.

Broadside works to an average turnaround of 10-12 business days from the time of payment.

If it becomes clear that a deadline is in jeopardy, Broadside will notify you at the earliest possible opportunity where contingency plans can be made.
Any artwork that doesn’t match the criteria set out in Broadsides’ ARTWORK SPECS may be subject to an artwork fee of £21+VAT for the first hour and £13 thereafter to make it print ready.
Broadside will not accept any artwork that is deemed to be discriminatory, Offensive, Abusive or Hateful.
All artwork files must be approved by Broadside before any ordering of stock, screen preparation or any other aspect of the screen printing process can be carried out.
Broadside will provide an accurate as possible representation of your design on your selected garment by way of a mockup. As we know the dimensions (within a tolerance) of the garments, we can make a very reasonable approximation scale for your print.
All print mockups must be approved by the client before any screen preparation or printing occurs.
The initial alteration to the print mockup is free of charge. Any subsequent alterations will be charged at our Artwork Fee.
All printing substrates are ordered on a bespoke basis. Broadside does not hold any stock on site.

Broadside is not responsible for the stock levels of its suppliers at any stage during your order. All quantities and availability of stock is given as accurately as possible with the information at Broadsides’ disposal. In the case of items going out of stock during your order, best alternatives will be offered and changes will be made to the invoice

In instances where customer supplied garments are used, a handling fee will be charged. This due in part, but not restricted to, the time taken to process, sort and organise the customer supplied garments.

Broadside reserves the right to increase the handling fee if it is deemed there is an increased workload that goes beyond the minimum handling fee.
A screen setup fee is required for every screen needed to realise the Customers order. This is non negotiable.
Repeat orders may be eligible to have a reduced screen setup fee providing they meet the following the following criteria
Broadside cannot accept any responsibility for manufacturing defects including but not limited to cutting errors, sewing inaccuracies, dyeing inconsistencies, storage inadequacies.
Screen printing is, unfortunately, not a perfect process and things can and do go wrong causing Spoilage and an Under-Run with your order.
Broadside works to an acceptable error rate of 2%. Any misprint within that 2% error rate will be considered acceptable. Anything over that 2% and up to 10% Broadside will refund.
Broadside will only reprint if the error rate is over 10% and a minimum of 10 tees.
Broadside is at no time responsible for any profits lost due to Spoilage / Under-Runs. Responsibility is only taken for the cost to supply and print the garment.
Broadside strives for a high level of quality control within its process. In instances where a printing defect may have been missed, the Customer has a window of 72 hours from the time of receipt of the order to inform Broadside of any defect. Broadside will not be responsible for any claims made outside this window.
All colour references must be provided in a Pantone+ Solid Coated number. Broadside uses all available services, technologies, and products to ensure an accurate colour match. Due to countless mitigating factors, Broadside will not be held responsible for any discrepancies within what it considers to be an acceptable tolerance.
Broadside shall not accept responsibility for any delay to your delivery once in the hands of a courier company.
Unless prior agreement has been made between Broadside and the Customer, all deliveries are made without insurance and Broadside accepts no responsibilities for any stock or money lost due to delivery problems/errors.
Broadside shall not be liable for any advice or recommendation given to the Customer concerning their order.
The Customer will indemnify Broadside against any liability for infringement of the intellectual property rights of any third party, which may result from suppling the order.
