Terms & Conditions

Payment
All payment should be made in full at the time of agreement of work undertaken.
No work will ensue before payment is made by the following methods.

Bank Transfer
Bank details are located on the bottom of all our invoices which shall receive upon order confirmation.

Cash
To be paid in person at the workshop.

Card Payment
Sorry, we DO NOT accept card payments.

Turnaround
Every effort is made to finish your order to the highest of standards within the shortest amount of time possible. Any deadlines should be confirmed at time of ordering.
Whereas we aim to meet every time frame set to us, we do not accept responsibilities for delays beyond our immediate control.
We will not be liable if we are unable to perform our obligations under these terms and conditions due to the failure of any machine, data processing system or transmission link or to any circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to strike, industrial action, war, fire, act of God or prohibition or enactment of any kind). Broadside Screenprinting cannot accept liability for consequential loss.

Delivery
Our rates are £12 per box (up to 15kg tees per box). We must have all names, address and phone numbers of recipients at time of ordering. Broadside Screenprinting accept no responsibility for loss or damage of goods whilst in transit or holding at any depot/sorting office. We always dispatch on a next day delivery service but will not be held accountable for late delivery.
If you require any insurance on your delivery please notify us at time of ordering, failure to do so will result in your parcel being covered at standard rate of £50 only.

Print Defects
If you are not entirely satisfied with your printed goods it is essential that you contact us straight away with photographic evidence of your dispute. Claims made later than 7 days from delivery cannot be entertained. Where a client provides their own garments for us to print, we work to a 2% error rate which must be supplied by you. If these garments are unspoilt, we will return them to you. Any spoils above this margin will be covered by Broadside Screenprinting. Broadside Screenprinting cannot accept liability for consequential loss.

Screen Holding & Reprints
If you require us to keep your designs on screen please discuss it with us at time of ordering for arrangements to be made.
